​MY PROFESSIONAL GOALS:

Are to enhance, empower and support any company or entity that hires me. To facilitate this, I wish to expose them to an innovative concept with my style of Graphic Design. While attending the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale I have gained expert industry instruction with a strong desire to put it to work.

 

Creativity and expertise were the mainstay of each instructor that I encountered. While attending the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale I have gained expert industry instruction with a strong desire to put it to work.

While in the workplace, I have worked on a myriad of projects. Projects like a new business card design, business fliers, websites, tradeshow designs, educational videos and pitch deck presentations.

Technical Writing:

More than 5 years of experience, responsible for writing a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses of TESCO Equipment hydraulic lifts. Responsible for creating graphics and charts to accompany manual content.

  • Solicited and maintained a library of vendor documentation for use in manuals, website and marketing materials. 

  • Issue and track all company-controlled manuals according to the product line. Maintain and update manuals for end customer use. Responsible for layout and editing of all company-controlled manuals, revisions and bulletins. Responsible for printing/binding of company-produced manuals (or arrangements for outsourcing of related tasks). Company website design and maintenance.

  • Order and track all external company-controlled manuals. Organize and maintain company’s library with all master manuals. Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus require fewer instructions.

  • Organize and write supporting content for products. Standardize content across platforms and media. Revise content as new customer, municipal, or OSHA regulations and issues arise.

  • Marketing content for government contractors, consulting firms, construction businesses or technology organizations. 

  • Proven ability to support the proposal development lifecycle, including both narrative and technical volume development. Proven ability to manage a third-party media project.

  • Strong attention to detail, editorial skills, and ability to synthesize input from subject matter experts. 

  • Familiarity with federal and commercial procurement environments and solicitation structures. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, 365 Microsoft Office Suite, CoPilot; experience with content management systems such as Trello and Monday.com. 

  • Experience documenting electrical infrastructure, electrical circuitry, hydraulic lift systems or hardware.
